I overall enjoyed how elemental storm used various books to create different effects.

I was wondering if this same mechanics could be used to the polymorph self (or a new alter self) line.

Based on the books polymorph fey could choose a variety of fey forms, undead forms, monster forms, ecta. Same for Shapechange.

I am not requesting new mechanics just a reskin to look different.
