Resources and settlements

Perhaps add in the option to the resource masters of each respective town that when you donate (Not sell) your good such as meat, wood, ext... you get a small XP gain from it. This would give incentives for people to collect the goods around the isle for their respective homes. Make it so you can only turn in the goods to your own place of citizenship, and add in a constant drain of resources on the different areas. As it stands, you can walk into any settlement and they have ridiculous amounts of resources kicking around that just continue to grow. Perhaps add in a drain of resources on every server tick when players deplete their food/water/rest/ext... This would give incentives for the Mayors of each town to hire people to gather resources for the town, offer a reward to these people for their hard work in the form of small amounts of xp (perhaps 5xp per = 25 for a stack of meat?). It adds a new level of depth to the different towns, as you now have to help maintain your town if you want it to thrive. You could even add in the option that vendors will buy your stuff for less and charge your more if the town is doing poorly resource wise, enforcing this aspect of RP further, to represent the economic struggle. This would also encourage trading or buying of resources from other settlements that are willing to sell/trade, thus providing that money dump so many people have mentioned int he past. I think it would be a awesome addition, that would add ALOT of RP in SO many ways and I feel like if this was undertaken, that the points I have mentioned have only scratched the surface of what could be added.
