Unrelent/Giveup Behavior and -help

The issue:
-unrelent doesn't active when the command is used yet the wiki still lists it as an active command. Alongside this, neither -unrelent or -giveup are listed under the available commands when -help is activated.

What I expected to happen:
-unrelent should toggle on/off.
-help should list both -unrelent and -giveup.

What actually happened:
None of these behaviors occur when the appropriate command is activatd.

-unrelent no longer exists; the new rope and manacle system took its place. The wiki has been updated to reflect this.

-giveup was missing from the list. A fix is in the pipe.

Locking and archiving.
