The issue: Whenever I log in or change servers the backpack on my character disappears, so I have to retoggle it all the time for it to show. But yesterday someone confirmed that they didn't see the backpack, so apparently it also doesn't load in for other people when they see my character. Toggling it worked again. So in other words 'toggle on' doesn't save when I log off.

What I expected to happen: For the toggle option to save when toggled on.

What actually happened: It doesn't save and it isn't clientside.

You need to set your cloak to 0, and the backpack should stay on from then on.

I am unsure of how to permanently adjust it so all static models have their cloaks default to 0 no matter what.

This fix doesn't seem to work for kobolds. Typing -cloak x2 or -backpack x2 and relogging doesn't always fix it, but sometimes fixes it.

Toggling the cloak does not work. You have to set its appearance to 0.
