I would love Githzerai as a major award option, specifically zerai, not Githyanki. (The peaceful monks, not the silver sword weirdos.)
With how much Arelith has become open to Planar travel just being a fact of life, and more high fantasy elements coming in, I don't think they're too outlandish to include. They can easily use the base human or half-elf models, with a limited range on skin pigment. Give them a wisdom bonus, and charisma malus, maybe some psychic DI, and call it a day.
