Andunor district bidding properties - invalid displayed time

Andunor district bidding properties display the wrong time in the leases building.
It claims the leases last for 5 in-game years, when the actual time is closer to around 1.5 years.
Supposedly, this might be due to an older 10/1 timeline, when time moved faster, as opposed to the present 3/1 one.
I didn't check the dialogue of the NPC in the building, but if they mention five years somewhere in their dialogue that might as well be incorrect at present time.
