*Delete or Close*Make Elven Chain considered light for sleeping

*This has already been done*
As per title, Elven chain is considered light armor in most things (except where hardcoded like ranger dualwield).
However it currently doesnt let you sleep in it like light armor would.
Suggesting that you can rest in elven chain as though it was light armor.
