A dirgesinger with Greater Spelll focus gains the feat Epic Spell Focus.

However my dirgersinger doesn't have the create greater undead spell which goes with it.

Is this a bug?

And after I ask I found the solutions it is located not under epic spells it is located under dirge singer abilities.\

tl;dr : User error.
