Harbinger Mortality Hex - Astoundingly Broken

Description
The buffs from Weapon Mortality Hex do not disappear when the weapon leaves the Harbinger's inventory (for reference, BG corrupt weapon purges when weapon leaves BG inventory). Mortality Hex has a 3 minute cooldown (for reference, BG Corrupt Weapon is 1/day).

Accordingly, a Harbinger with improved weapon hex can issue the entire party +5 weapons with +2d8 elemental damage (or 2d6 bleed for those looking to optimize against players), +4 vampiric regen, +1d12 massive crits, and 26 SR.

If you want to plan for it, a party with reliable access to a Harbinger +1 can make sure that everyone has an enchanted bronze. This can be used to give every member of the party a weapon that looks vaguely like:

Expected Result
Not this. Whatever I expected, it wasn't this.

Actual Result
Eventually, a full party of melee guys equipped with harbinger arsenal weapons.

Steps to reproduce
Take Harbinger. 30 is best, 26 is fine.
Buy big pile of weapons.
Turn one of them into superweapon every 3 minutes.

This has me stumped, because the code looks fine and I can't replicate it in testing.

... On an aside, are you sure the blackguard buffs are correctly self-purging on unacquire?

This seems to have been a false positive, which can only happen in the PGCC.
If you manage to replicate this behavior in live, please don't hesitate to open a new thread.
