Some feats not counting as hard points

The issue:
After some testing it seems it's counting some feats as soft, where, from my understanding it should count as hard skill points. I could just be misunderstanding it
What I expected to happen:
After fully warding search skill is caped at 114
What actually happened:
After fully warding search skill is caped at 108
Math
Hard points
33 points in skill
05 Skill focus search
10 Epic Skill focus search
02 Trickery Domain
04 Skill Mastery
64 Hard total
and +50 from Gear and buffs for the soft cap should total hit 114
My guess is the game is counting Trickery Domain and Skill Mastery as Soft and Not hard points

I can't see anything that indicates that Skill Mastery should be granting a Search bonus.
The bonus from Trickery is, most likely, soft.

Small note, skill focus only grants +3, not +5. If Skill mastery doesn't grant +4 then you should be 6 lower than mentioned, 114 - 6 = 108, so maybe you have all the search you should have.

On Arelith, Skill Foci grant +5

I believe OP is referring to the skill bonuses gained from Path of the Seeker at level 18.
Gains +2 Spot, +2 Hide, +2 Move Silently, +4 Open Lock, +4 Disarm Trap, and +4 Search at level 18.
These are indeed gained as a Soft bonus. But given how much Seekers already struggle, wouldn't you agree it's intended that they gain these as a hard bonus?
Also, it seems an oversight that it gives +2 to Spot, but not to Listen.
Never mind, wrong path.
