Spell components

Spell components are a tax on already weak classes. If they are to remain as they are, why not add creatine for WMs to be able to swing at +35 AB? It makes no sense.
Instead, spell components should restore spell slots
(maybe make spellsword need them to cast still, since that class is spoiled)
