Pale Master Feats Acting Poorly

Description
Pale Master's Animate Dead feat ability does not use UCL, but instead just PM levels. Tested by casting it with Abomination stream active on an 16 UNDYING WARLOCK/2 PALE MASTER, got the lowest tier (Patchwork), which infers it thinks my UCL is 2 from the PM levels, probably.
More thorough testing on the PGCC also tells me it's just wonky as all hell as far as all of the PM feat summons go. Considering some Warlock/PM builds cannot attain Mummy Dust, this is a bit of a shame. An epic warlock/pm shouldn't be summoning T3 undead, which is what happens depending on stream.
Expected Result
Summoning with my actual UCL - combined class levels with PM counting for full.
Actual Result
Not that. Very inconsistent calculations and summon outcomes.
Steps to reproduce
be undying warlock take pm levels use your feats be disappointed

Some time ago we changed all Feat-based UCL to follow a Class Level*2 Formula.
Further changes will probably have to be evaluated through the suggestion and feedback forums.

Is this documented anywhere?

Yes, sir.
It was also announced, this wasn't stealth-updated.

I was going off of this:
"Pale Master levels also add directly to any arcane base class (Bard, Harbinger, Shadow Mage, Sorcerer, Warlock, Wizard) for the Undead Caster Level."
From the Pale Master wiki article, and I guess misread it as also working to apply to PM. As well as the paragraph below the one you linked that says:
"Feats:
Palemaster
Animate Dead: Summons 1 less than max allowed at UCL Tier with a min of 1 summoned. If the max allowed is 2 then UCL Tier for 1 summon and UCL Tier -1 for 1 summon.
Summon Undead: Summons the max allowed at UCL Tier.
Summon Greater Undead: Summons 1 at Tier 7 (T7) and any remaining up to the max allowed at Tier 6 (T6)"
Not realising it refers to its own, secondary UCL? Which is very odd.
Also PM definitely isn't adding its full levels to arcane base class summoning. I should've gotten Abomination Scourge (T7) with Warlock Create Undead at 17 (16War/1PM) but only just now got it at 18 (16War/2PM).
I can see how PM*2 is good as you get into higher levels of the class but it feels almost completely worthless when you're still levelling. I don't need a T1 Undead at 18. Will be considering feedback on this for a different post.
