Alertness - Keen Sense

Alertness doesn't even compare to Skill Focus giving both +5 to Spot and Listen. I suggest changing it so Alertness gives the character Keen Sense, if they already have Keen Sense then Alertness gives them +3 Spot, Listen, and Search.
