Arelith

Upon entering the Port Authority building in Greyport, the loading screen gets stuck and never finishes. The only solution is to break the connection to the server to access the portal room and wait for a restart of the Underdark server to visit it again later. This bug has existed for many years. I have never been able to enter that building ever since creating my very first character on Arelith.

I am fairly confident that there is another area somewhere with this sort of issue, but I cannot recall. Perhaps, someone else can provide it in the comments so that it would be easier to find the code making them special.
