Eagle's Sight - Seemingly No Blind Immunity

Eagle's Sight doesn't actually seem to grant blind immunity on a Cloistered Cleric (Animal), it's uncertain if it works on other class combinations.

A link to a video posted on Discord demonstrating the bug.

In the video there's a demonstration of a Cloistered Cleric (Animal/Fire) casting Eagle's Sight followed by Incidiary Cloud on himself, and subsequently being blinded.

Additional Testing;
Word of Faith, grants Blindness Immunity for 15 seconds which blocks Incidiary Cloud's blindness.
Eagle's Sight does not block Word of Faith's blindness.
So it really appears the blindness immunity is just not applying.
