Description

I am not capped. I am a loremaster who has 5 language slots due to 20 int. I have mastered my freemiums from LM already.

I have all of my languages. It is telling me when I go to buy lessons that "I can't learn anymore, I am capped." When learning from NPCs.

Steps to reproduce

I paid the Cordor boat people for gnomish & dwarven.

Expected result

I would learn gnomish and dwarven as I am actively learning.

Actual result

Can't do that, but I will eat your gold. -500

Also note - if I learn from non-instructors, the number still goes up.

Loremaster "Language Learning" despite being legal, is telling me I am capped after recent patch
