Keen Senses as Bonus Feat for Ranger

A ranger of any race that has dedicated themselves to a path of observation and protection should have senses to match that commitment.
Adding Keen Sense as a selectable (bonus) feat for deep ranger with a hard wisdom requirement similar to Blood Lust or Call of the Wild.
