Saurial Deep Wells Area Has Broken Landmarks

The issue: The saurial area of the Deep Wells (deepwells_ms03b) has two broken landmarks that don't do anything as described; an altar and stone head. Also, the altar is incorrectly spelled as "alter".
What I expected to happen: By clicking the altar or stone head something would happen.
What actually happened: Nothing.
