Description of Bug Experienced:
A character of mine was about to learn a song from another bard that is able to teach songs normally. For some reason, my character was unable to learned the song being taught after multiple tries. Relogging, resting, switching servers and trying there.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
(Half-elf; Bard 3/Warlock 22 with Eldritch Eulogy) is the build of the bard trying to learn the song.

Songs known so far: 0, 5, 9, 10, 11, 12, 14, 16, 17
Curse Songs known so far: 0, 7

Expected Result:
Learn song with a combined bard song level of 17 since he's also able to learn songs throughout the wild.

Actual Result:
Doesn't learn a song from another player but confirmed that he can teach other bards by teaching an NPC bard successfully.

There would be nothing to show but I can supply anything on request.

Hi, I was the one trying to teach the song.

Can confirm this, we tried with the NPC bard in Guldorand town square, the NPC was able to automatically learn it.
Tried using -song teach # in general chat, shout, and even tells. The animation pops up, but there's no "Knock" animation that indicates he learned it. The NPC in Guld however did have the "Knock" animation.

Tried using bard song first then using the command, still nothing. Tried partying up, still a nope.
Started with Skaljard Human Bard, learned all songs from other PCs except for a few melodies she found along the way.
Bard 16/Dirgesinger 10 effective bard song 18 / curse 26

There's also the matter of "missing" a few skill bonuses from bard song. But I will open up another thread for that

I updated this script like 5 times already. Why does it keep breaking?!

Oh, this may be a case of bad timing.
A fix for this went live exactly yesterday (it was on hold for some time due to the PGCC testing).

Kindly try again when you can.
