Something inconvenient in pvp is that if you hold shift and click-move you'll automatically walk. This won't matter for builds that only need a few skillbars but for builds that have a lot to manage like casters it can be annoying to manage in pvp. I don't know if it's possible, but to this end I'd propose a -alwaysrun command that will make the character run regardless of input style (wads/mouse) assuming there were no relevant combat modes active that force walking.
