The issue: resting above 80% in Silver Bought Inn at Nexus Fall doesn't give the usual regen.
To reproduce bug:
Try to rest at Silver Bought inn until rest meter above 80
Expected
get a small regeneration boon for 1h
Actual
no regen

Try to above 90%, as that is the threshold, not 80%.

Just checked again, up to 99.6%
Still no regen
Some specifics, though:
I was up in the rooms of the inn ... I noticed when I came back in the "tavern" area that there was a message that could mean that I wasn't in an area where the boon apply just before. I'm not sure if it's intended or not. If intended, I would advocate it makes sense that the rooms are best suited to rest than the drinking area.
