Racial Energy Resistance does not stack with Class Energy Resistance

Description of Bug Experienced:
Racial Energy Resistance (e.g. 20/- Fire for Imps) does not stack with Energy Resistance from Classes (e.g. 30/- Fire from Fire Elementalist).
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
- Make a level 20 Imp Fire Elementalist
- Hit yourself with a Maximized Fireball
- Notice how you absorb 30 fire damage instead of 50 (20 from Imp Resistance + 30 from Fire Elementalist)
Expected Result:
Absorb 50 fire damage, 20 from Racial Energy Resistance and 30 from Class Energy Resistance.
Actual Result:
The Energy Resistances do not stack and only the highest one is used.
