TLDR: Let wings and tails be toggled with -wings and -tail, make all cloaks display all of these features.

There are issues with wings, tails and cloaks in terms of the way they display. Players should be trusted enough to hide/show the features as appropriate in their roleplay, and this can help us avoid bugs with these body parts messing with equipment.
