Make gaining ranks bartending a little easier (and reasonable) to accomplish

Right now I play a character that works a lot behind a bar. And I work this bar with many other people too. I also know that people put in a lot of effort into the Nomad, Lotus and Cloven Hoof. Likely other places too.

Since I have been doing bar RP, I have noticed that gaining ranks in bartending per bar is extremely hard. I have managed to reach the rank of bartender twice after weeks of doing daily RP and tapping many drinks only to lose it in under a week. And now I haven't been able to get bartender again despite being behind the bar every RL days, some days for hours. It's felt incredibly frustrating and frankly unobtainable unless you're willing to stand behind the bar 24/7.

Gaining ranks in something like darts and bartending feels satisfying (personally I would love a ranking system for fishing too! Suggestion to come when the timer's up xD). It's that progression that makes you feel like you've accomplished something and that you are in fact, getting better at tapping drinks, preparing food and doing other things bartenders do. In addition with the tapping requirement on drinks, this doesn't really seem very feasible now that we have many custom drinks that can be made like kaeth, chocolate, teas and other specialty drinks. Not to mention the special drinks that spawn in certain places. It also doesn't account for a herbalist spending hours cooking behind the bar and feeding people food that have had a lot of thought and effort put in.

I would make the suggestion to make it easier to obtain ranks in bartending based on drinks tapped (reduced), time spent behind the bar (reduced), using stationary cooking stations for making drinks and food.

I would also suggest that it would take a longer time of inactivity before a rank drops. Maybe even more ranks could be added so that there still is a longer time investment to reach the top, but it at least feels reasonable to make progression.

reviewing the code here, it looks like the whole system just needs a refactor. there's some issues present that don't look like they have any business happening. it definitely needs improvement, and maybe a library for handling different levels for sub-activities.

surely someone will feel the urge to look at this in the future. i will wait on it myself.
