Free SF for specialists in their specialist school

What it says on the tin.
Give SpF at level 2
Give GSpF at like 7 or 8
Probably shouldn't give away a free ESpF, but if you were inclined too, I'd say do it at like 22.
As it stands, you can be a specialist wizard without spending a single feat choice on your actual school. Kinda silly, imo.
