While the Wiki does say visual effects only apply to +1, +2, +3 weapons and Force of Honor is a +4 weapon, they do seem to show up on other +4 weapons.
Force of Honor doesn't seem to show either temporary or perm essence effects, tested with both Acid, and with Sonic.

Unsure if this is intentional, but nothing about the item seems to imply it wouldn't be affected like any other.

The Bless weapon scroll's visuals work ok on it.

I've tested this with my version (in case it was that specific object that was bugged) and can confirm Bless Weapon works fine, but seems to be the only thing that does.
