Spell Component Cost for Scribing Lower Innate Level Spells
With mass scroll creation, the only real different between invoker and vancian caster is the need to rest. They have different resources for casting, and that is fine. Also, with how powerful certain spells are, such as True Seeing, I think it is perfectly fair that it costs spell components for an invoker, who essentially can cast it an unlimited amount of time. However, when it comes to scribing scrolls, there is an inequity with a few spells, specifically, when cost margins for scrolls are so tight any slight difference in marginal costs makes a huge difference.
So my suggestion is that when scribing scrolls the innate level of the spell should be used to determine if it should cost spell components instead of the classes spell level.
I don't know if this is doable with the current system, and the only spell that sells in mass that has this problem is True Seeing, being that it is innate level 5 but invokers cast it at level 7, so creating scrolls for them requires spell components, meaning the cost for scroll creation for those classes specifically is larger.
(Other spells I can find with innate levels <7 that are cast at level 7 or higher are: Vitriolic Sphere, Malevolent Tentacles, Evil Blight, Hell Inferno.)
