Retro active INT for skill points.

Since CON activates as retroactive points for HP, I would like to suggest the same thing for INT and skill point gain when you put your points into INT when leveling.

Edit/Add-on:
This would actually encourage and reward putting a couple of points into INT when leveling for non-INT based classes.
11-15-2024: To further push this idea and defend it against people that might not agree with it, you would change your tune real quick if we had to ROLL for HP on leveling. The retroactive HP gain from CON was to balance out the fact that you could roll low, and acted as a sort of cushion if you had a good CON score.
I would love to hear some thoughts from DMs and admins.
