Enchanting God Save Failed
Description of Bug Experienced:
Had a blank normal amulet (the basic kind you can buy from any jewelry vendor). Had tier 1 dweomer and 100% piety. Added +1 strength to the amulet successfully, and then attempted to add +1 charisma. The enchantment failed, and I got the message for an enchantment godsave, and 25 piety was consumed, but the item was still destroyed.
Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Acquire basic amulet with +1 strength
Attempt to add +1 charisma with tier 1 dweomer and 100% piety
Expected Result:
Upon failure and godsave, the item should be successfully enchanted.
Actual Result:
Enchantment failed and the item was destroyed

I was unable to test any more attempts at the enchantment due to being broke and godsave cooldown.
