Diving bells for the Sisters (and other long term leases)

Hello!
I would like to suggest that the First and Second Sister be upgraded with a diving bell. I believe every other long term lease has one (if not, I'd like for them to get one too).
It would be a huge quality of life improvement, especially seeing as you wouldn't have to schedule separate trips for chests or diving ventures on a ship that might not be available...or a different ship generally.
