Liberator Ship Log doesn't work

Description: The Liberator's ship log doesn't seem to work, either to read logs left by previous people, or to leave a note there. It should work as a message board, much like the other ships have somewhere on board. But using it doesn't open the board, and using a note to leave something also doesn't work.
