Completed treasure map - only disappears on chest acquisition

Currently, it's possible to lose a completed treasure map if someone at the helm moves the ship away from the treasure island location before the chest has been retrieved.
This suggestion, therefore, is to tie the completed treasure map disappearing to the chest itself being dug up from the treasure island, instead of 'only' docking at the location.
