Longer scry time for divination wizard

Hello!
- Yes: Divination Specialization Wizard
- Yes: ESF Divination
- Yes: Level 27 Wizard 3 Specialist
what is happening
When I enter "-scry 4min" I get the notification saying "Scrying duration set to 120 seconds" which is the same I get for -scry 2min. I tried to scry after setting it to 4min to check and I'm only getting the 2min scry time with 2min cool down.
