Remove (or Retool) Improved Dweomercrafting Feat

This feat is a trap feat in its current implementation.

Skill Focus: Craft Mastery gives you actual points to spend + the Mundane tier improvement already
Epic Skill Focus: Craft Mastery does the same thing

"But what if I'm playing a build that doesn't take Craft Mastery?"
Then you're very likely to be a caster class who already gets T2 naturally, necessitating picking a far more useful feat like Brew Potion, Craft Wand, or Scribe Scroll (or you get them automatically) to add further use to your spell selection.
"But what if I'm also mundane and not taking Craft Mastery?"
Why on Earth would you do this? You literally can't utilize the system fully as a T1 in this theoretical and you'll never be higher unless you're a Forge Cleric, which means you're ALREADY magic as well - unless you're the one person who is a non-CM mundane using a 3-level Forge Cleric dip you're considering wasting a feat when you can select many other things that will give far more benefit than ID.

Proposal 1:
Remove ID. It's a trap feat through and through, it has no use other than confusing new players in an already difficult onboarding process in teaching how all the unique Arelith mechanics work. We should be making things easier here.

Proposal 2:
Make ID grant 5 extra Trade Skill points to allocate. Giving it craft points instead would just make it be a copy of SF:CM, which to me is just more reason to not have it. Less bloat.

Proposal 3:
This is a wild shot in the dark, but make it bypass level requirements for unlocking Tiers. This would allow pre-epic T3 crafters to exist under the correct conditions.
