Manacles Bugs - Restoration & Shapeshifting
Problem:
The Restoration line of spells is presently allowing the full effects of manacles, apart from the slow, to be removed from the character.
These negative effects are as follows:
-5 AB
-15 Discipline
-5 Reflex
-4 Dexterity
x% Spell Failure (depends on the type of shackles used, reduced if the subject has Still Spell or Automatic Still Spell)
Forced to walk (cannot run)
Cannot use portal lenses or attunement potions
This is not intentional, as regardless of restoration, the effects of manacles are present because you are manacled, not because you are sick.
Shapeshifting currently works while a druid is in runic manacles. This is noted on the wiki as not being intentional, as runic manacles are specifically meant to be the tool to capture druids and are meant to defeat shapeshifting to escape manacles.
Expected Results:
Neither of these things should be happening according to the documentation.
