Gift of Devotion currently allows its users to do all clergy-related things that a cleric can do (ex. consecrating altars, holding ceremonies) but they cannot perform cleric rituals.

I think that it would be a fun, roleplay-oriented addition for Gift of Devotion to also provide access to cleric rituals. The gift is not an extremely common take, as it stands, and I do not believe that it would detract from roleplay for people with divine levels. If anything, I think it would improve upon it as a few more individuals are able to better lean into their priesthood roleplay.
