One way quick travel from Sibayad Market > River Docks

I think it's an idea to have a quick way of getting from the market to the docks without needing to transition through the several areas.
Therefore the suggestion is to add a caravan or one way portal from the merchant league to the docks with a small (or a big) fee to those who don't want to make the trek.
