Unable to purchase Guild House permanent shop [Resolved]

Description of Bug Experienced:
Being familiar with the limitations surrounding quarter purchase when owning a guild house, I had arranged to purchase one of the shops within The Logjam recently. However, upon release of the stall, while other players present could purchase the property, I was unable to even see the option, only being allowed to close/leave the dialogue box upon interaction.

I am unsure as to what could be causing this issue but appreciate any help that can be offered.

Steps to reproduce the Bug:
Owning the Logjam and attempting to purchase its interior stalls

Expected Result:
Having the option to purchase a released/for sale stall

Actual Result:
No option for purchase available, dialogue box only offers the usual leave/close option

Additional Information/Notes
Both individuals currently holding the stalls within the Logjam have agreed to hand one over once this problem has been fixed, allowing for quick/easy tests once the issue has been identified.

Is your character a citizen of Guldorand? If so, how long?

Yep, had to citizen somewhere else for a bit but since I came back its been just over a month now if memory serves.

This issue arose last week however, so if there are limitations around that time I can have someone release a stall so I can check again now that some more time has passed.

Alright, ran another test just now with the second stall, seems I must've been right on the edge of being allowed to own a shop and mis-timed it, sorry about that
