I would like to strip effects that other people put on me that I have told them to stop doing. After resting I've been hit with things like See Invis, Light and other manner of things that I don't want and because I've rested, I can't rest again.

You should always be able to strip warding effects from you if you don't want them.

Or a feature that flat out blocks whatever listed spells you have on it that target you.

This is purely a feature to block things that are considered buffing spells:
Light, Mage Armor, Bark Skin, See Invis, Ultravision, etc.
