Turn Effects affecting Palemasters

I cannot guarantee this is related to the most recent update as the first time I visited the place was today, but the Turn device at the entrance of the Asylum in the Shadow Plane turned my Palemaster character.

I could not move, the effect lasted over 3 minutes. The worse part is that the device keeps going off at intervals, so I was effectively stun (turn?) locked.

Before this update I had noticed that NPCs with turn undead would affect my Palemaster likewise (regular Skeleton Cleric at the Boneyard), giving me a bunch of small negative effects, like -ab, spell failure, etc, but these lasted only a few seconds.

Nowhere in the Palemaster wiki does it state they are affected by turn effects either, so that might be a bug as well.

There are playable outsider races. Might be the culprit. What race is the toon?

You are correct, I have inquired around and the culprit is actually the race and not the class, case closed!
