Customize the appearance of the mount for the cavalier +1

I enjoyed this recent suggestion from another poster so much that I'm going to waste/spend one of my once a week suggestions on agreeing fully.
I like that there are some unique mounts on the server, but I don't like how their armor, eye VFX for dreadsteeds, etc. are not customizable.
I don't want to add much to what this person said, but I wanted to make another post I'm solidarity.
