Add a diving bell to the Sibayad ship

As the title. Currently, the jewel of Aziza feels abit lacking in identity. Its just.. kind of a middle ground ship, not particularly good at anything. For awhile we had an upgraded hold so it had 500 instead of 250 as its now, which was nice.
But I would like to recommend adding a diving bell to the ship, to allow us to go on underwater expeditions! As it would be fun.
