Potion vendor in Sibayad

As the title. I would like to suggest a potion vendor to be added to the NPC's in Sibayad.
What I mean by that is one that sells bulls strength, cat's grace.. and so forth. And perhaps even bark skin if possible? Since its a writ area thats hard to get to, it would be good for adventurers to be able to buy such potions here.
