Sibayad Guildhouse Outlet: Display prices does not show any items.

Shops in the Sibayad Golden Alleys Guildhouse Outlet (mouthful) don't allow access to display prices. There are no items in the list and nothing can be modified.
Usually, shops will show a list of all items in the stock, including their prices, and can be modified. Since I'm the owner, I should be able to see these by default. However, when opening this list, there is absolutely nothing to show. It's empty. No conversation options at all.
