Shadowdancer VFX

• -shadow vfx can be used to toggle an alternate VFX for Shadow Evade and the Summoned Shadow
  This is designed to mimic the appearance of in-module shadows.

The update isn't working live or on the PGCC. Typing -shadow vfx opens the same menu as typing -shadow. Is this update intended to be live yet?
