So this is a huge issue. I was naked. I had no items on, literally nothing, and the game would not allow me to take a level. Resting didn't work. Logging out didn't work. I had to strip naked, and then re-log, in order for the game to let me level up.

I also had absolutely no items that grant bonus feats.

A viper dagger: +3 Enhance, +1 Dexterity, Massive Criticals: 2d6 Damage
Clothing with no properties
Goggles of Minute Vision +5 Search +5 Lore
Ring of Force Shield +2 Armor AC

Level 10 Cleric moving into Level 11 Cleric, Cloistered. The -only- thing I can think of is that maybe for some reason the bonus feat that I get from divine favour, AKA the spell penetration buffs, are triggering this error. Which means any other classes with similar will likely face this issue, if I'm correct.

Kalopsia already has a fix in the pipe, probably available next reset.

A friend playing a hexblade palemaster hit the same problem trying to level up.

I think this is just a bug that's hitting anyone trying to level

Edit: Good to know! Only saw this after I hit post

This is not fixed, just had it again. it was the divine diadiem (spelling!) that was holding it up, works fine if you unequip.

What you describe is intended behaviour. We're aware of the inconvenience, but have been made aware of an exploit that necessitates unequipping feat-granting items prior to levelup.
