A few Questions

So I have been gone for over 13 months. I been here on Arielth since 2019ish or before. Most of my leys are gone Sibyard and UD. My PCR has been lowered, I can not set traps, bask doors, picklock them anymore if I wanted to. Tho I do not. The question is since I been gone for so long do they automaticlly lower the PCR and you lose you leys you had for so long? 
I worked hard for all that. Could someone explain this to me PLEASE. THank you so much.

sibayad received a sizeable update and the portals were moved. typically this means you need to go get them again
what is PCR?

I assume he means RPR.
It sounds like you have the wrong CD key, since you're getting flagged as a new player, but you can still log in with your old character.

It is the same CD key that I always had I think. I did have to get a new CPU and redownload with same CD Key some years back.

If you still have access to all the old characters in your vault, then its not a CD issue. If you logged in and none of your old PCs were showing (those you didn't roll) then it is a CD issue.
Far as I know RPR does not lower if you are away for a long time.

It's probably just that 10 has a lot more restrictions than it used to, leys have changed etc

Log into all of your characters for 1 tic. Perhaps you haven't played a single character long enough to remove your 'new player' tag.

okay I will do that to see if that helps. It is alot of them
