Seems to only be happening iin the Cordor Square. Could not send Whispers at all after a point. This was around 12:50pm EST, 02/28/25

This is probably an old bug.
Please try relogging and see if that fixes the issue.

This is probably an old bug.
Please try relogging and see if that fixes the issue.
Relogging/Reloading the game entirely did not fix the issue. Moving to another area temporarily fixed the issue, but it returned when going back to the Square.
