Been toying with the idea of a F/WM/Cav build with a lance as his weapon of choice. Not sure how to get the AC up. AB is fine at around 47 or more, but overall I'm not convinced I have the right mix to be a survivor.
the highest ac you'll get is 51. As for AB, it ought to be a little higher.

the cavalry hammer option is the 7 WM variant you'll want for lance. Since Cavalier gives free WoC: Lance, you could do something like Halberd as your first WoC choice when you take your Weaponmaster levels, so you can swap between 1h and 2h if you so desire.
