Invoker spell component change.

Why?
Spell component tax is a horrible thing for any class that has to endure it, how does adding it back onto invokers balance anything other than making it more of a pain to play the game...again.
They already pay large focus costs for using the better spells , most epic content is immune to at least 2 damage type, meaning you have to use none themed spells all the time and pay the extra focus, which i don't mind the increase, but adding a spell component tax was just cruel.
Surely the better option would to to remove a system that sucks fun out of a the game than to re add it.
